Before creating a specification, you need to ensure that all the registration steps of your production site which is attached to your specification have been completed and that the site is 'Active'. The activation of sites is done by the Scamark Quality Engineers.
If you have received this error, this means that these steps are either not complete or your Scamark Quality Engineer is in the process of assessing your site before activation.
