It is important to remember to not use the Chat functionality while the specification is in Supplier Draft, or else the Scamark team will not be able to access it.
The Chat window is available:
- Either individually on each specification via 'Product --> Specifications' or 'Product --> Produce Specifications':
and once the spec is opened, in 'Recipe and Raw Materials'
Then, select the 'Custom Fields' tab to see the Chat window:

Because the Chats are confidential, a pre-requirement to gain access to them is by having the Specification admin contact role for at least one of the sites for which the specification was created:
The account you are logged in to also needs to appear in the Supplier Contacts field of the Main Details section of the specification. If the account isn't on the list, you will have to add it by using the 'Add' button:
