When your PLM Scamark account is created, your OPAL account is not automatically created, since PLM and OPAL are two separate websites. To use OPAL, your OPAL account must be created by clicking on the OPAL icon.
This process is easy:
1. Open the PLM Scamark portal https://plm.scamark.com/rgbu-orbc-scam-prd1-bccs/orbcprod/
2. Click on the OPAL button on the dashboard at the top of the screen :
3. A new pop-up window containing the OPAL portal will open, https://scamark.opalbpm.com/welcome.htm. This activates your account :
4. Once the window has fully loaded, your account is now active.
For more information on using the OPAL portal, on the OPAL home page on the dashboard, you will find a menu called "Support Pages", click on this then "Guide Utilisateur OPAL" (lit: OPAL User Guides) :
Next step is to click on the link for the user guide in English.
