To be able to unblock a question to which you have already answered, you must complete the following steps.
On the PLM portal, select 'Company --> Alert Responses':
Double-click on the alert you wish to change the answer to (it should have a green tick)
A new tab containing the alert's details will open. Select 'Actions --> Edit'.
Click once more on the same 'Actions' button and select 'Change Response'.
A pop-up window will open, on which you need to click 'OK'.
The PLM SCAMARK support team will receive a request to unlock the answer, which will then give you the possibility to answer the question again. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for the answer to unlock.
