If you have received this email from no-reply-orbc@retail.eu-frankfurt-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com, it means there is a reference in the site mentioned that has recently expired. To update your references, you will need to follow the steps below:
1. To attach your new certificate, you will need to log in to the PLM SCAMARK portal by following this link: https://plm.scamark.com/rgbu-orbc-scam-prd1-bccs/orbcprod
Open your site(s) via 'Company --> Sites'
After you've opened your site, go to the 'Attachments' tab:
Go to 'Actions --> Edit'
Then go to the second 'Actions' button and select 'New Attachment' to add the new certificate.
Choose your file from your computer, add a brief description (name, new expiration date) in the dedicated area and click on 'Save'.
Repeat this step for each expired certificate that needs to be updated.
Please note: to make sure your documents have been saved, please go to 'Actions' and then 'Save & Exit'.
2. To ensure you do not receive another email from the PLM SCAMARK portal, you will also need to update the expiry date on the 'References' tab of your site. Again, go to 'Actions --> Edit' and make sure to change the Certificate No. as well as the ID Code if they have changed on the new certificate:
Once you have made sure all the pieces of information match the ones on the new certificate, do not forget to save your changes by clicking 'Actions' and then 'Save & Exit'.
3. Now that you've updated your references, you can go back and delete the expired attachments in the 'Attachments' tab of your site.
Select the document(s) you want to delete and then go to 'Actions --> Delete':
Now that you've updated your references and have modified all the necessary information, you're good to go to 'Actions --> Exit' one last time to save your changes.
